IT Governance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Governance Analyst to support enterprise IT governance and facilitate decision-making across technology spend and project portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare analysis and documentation for IT governance processes and portfolio reviews
• Analyze IT spend and support software asset management activities
• Document IT governance processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role
• Experience with structured IT processes such as portfolio and change management
• Familiarity with IT governance and risk management concepts
• Experience with ITSM or governance tooling, such as ServiceNow
