IT Governance Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance IT governance processes, the full-time remote IT Governance Analyst will develop and maintain IT policies, evaluate IT controls, and recommend process improvements while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all environments meet service level agreements through effective management and maintenance
• Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with requirements
• Continuously monitor and assess IT governance processes, providing recommendations for efficiency and compliance enhancements

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience required
• ITIL Certification preferred
• 1-3 years of technical experience in information technology or computer science
• Experience leading a team of analysts managing an Enterprise Service Suite
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile frameworks
