IT Governance Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the organization's governance, risk, privacy, and compliance program, the full-time IT Governance Compliance Analyst will ensure technology systems and business processes align with regulatory requirements while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain governance policies and support audits, ensuring compliance with security and privacy obligations
• Conduct risk assessments for new technologies and vendors, driving mitigation plans to closure
• Manage cybersecurity awareness training and perform regular audits of user access and IT assets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience in governance, compliance, or information security
• 3-5 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, or related functions
• Experience supporting compliance audits and vendor risk assessments
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with GDPR/UK GDPR or similar regulatory programs is preferred
