IT Governance Compliance Manager

Job Summary

IT Governance Compliance Manager is a remote, contract position responsible for managing internal governance and regulatory risk to ensure compliance within the Information Technology department, overseeing tasks such as issues management, risk monitoring, and Business Continuity Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement governance and compliance processes to monitor information security controls and risks
• Manage the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program and ensure compliance with banking regulations
• Coordinate with the IT department and internal audit groups to maintain documentation and track compliance updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related field preferred
• Two years of related experience or a combination of education and four years of experience
• Supervisory or leadership skills preferred
• Certifications in governance, risk, or compliance fields preferred
• Experience with Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) systems preferred
