A company is looking for a ClaimsXM IT Governance Configuration Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into system configurations and analyze data for improvement opportunities
Manage system changes, including creating Business Requirement Documents and overseeing testing and deployment
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot configuration issues, and enhance Change Management processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience with FACETS Software Configuration
Experience in asset management and strong understanding of change management workflows
Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA tools is a plus
Knowledge of software configuration management principles and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, FedRAMP)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
