Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, IT Governance to enhance the IT governance framework and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage the IT governance framework and strategy
• Establish and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures for compliance
• Collaborate with leaders to align IT governance initiatives with business outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in IT governance, risk management, compliance, or audit
• 8+ years of enterprise stakeholder management experience
• Extensive knowledge of IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Advanced technical background to assess technology risks
