IT Governance Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and mid-level, the full-time IT Governance Operations Analyst will support IT audit coordination, reporting, budgeting, contract tracking, and purchase request processes in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate ITGC-related audit support activities, including tracking requests and reviewing evidence packages
• Prepare and maintain monthly reporting packages covering audit health, budget health, and production support metrics
• Build and maintain an IT contract catalog, managing renewal dates, vendor contacts, and documentation readiness

Required Qualifications

• Mid-level experience in IT governance, IT audit support, or finance operations
• Working knowledge of IT general controls and audit evidence requirements
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and process gaps
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and reporting tools
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple requests and deadlines accurately
