IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary IT audit liaison, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of audit inquiries
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT governance, risk, and compliance policies and controls
• Drive continuous improvement of the GRC program by identifying control inefficiencies and recommending automation opportunities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, audit, or information security) required
• Minimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 3-5 years of experience in IT GRC or IT audit with hands-on ServiceNow GRC experience
• Working knowledge of control frameworks such as NIST, ISO, COBIT, and SOC 2
• Experience drafting and remediating IT policies, standards, and procedures
