IT Governance Risk Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, managing remediation processes and action plans
• Assist in governance, risk, and compliance functions, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Evaluate and enhance IT control effectiveness, providing guidance and training to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (IT, audit, information security) required
• Minimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance roles with hands-on ServiceNow GRC experience
• Working knowledge of control frameworks and security controls such as NIST, ISO, and SOC 2
• Experience drafting and remediating IT policies, standards, and procedures
