IT Governance Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Governance Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the implementation of IT governance best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in formalizing IT communication plans for stakeholder clarity and alignment
• Support the design and implementation of feedback mechanisms to guide governance improvements
• Contribute to the integration of PMOs and governance structures, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Public Administration, Business, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in IT governance, IT project management, or related functions
• Familiarity with governance frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, or NIST
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams)
• Experience gathering data through surveys, stakeholder interviews, or needs assessments
