Job Summary
Providing remote technical support, the full-time IT Help Desk Associate will assist users with software and hardware issues, onboard new employees, and manage the helpdesk ticket queue.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, applications, and security enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience supporting an internal helpdesk
- Strong experience with Macs and Windows 11 OS
- Experience with Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Teams
- Familiarity with cloud-based applications such as Zendesk is a plus
