Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Manager to oversee the Help Desk team and manage client communication and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of help desk tickets
  • Manage internal and external project plans and tasks
  • Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and client communication
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • 6+ years of relevant IT experience
  • 3+ years of help desk lead/manager experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of IT best practices and processes
  • Strong technical background with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory
