Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Specialist or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment
  • Basic knowledge of linux style operating systems
