Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide Level 1 technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle Level 1 inbound calls/chats and log interactions in the incident management system
  • Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting to resolve known issues
  • Escalate unresolved problem tickets according to department guidelines
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of IT customer service experience
  • Basic understanding of computer concepts and support procedures
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, or CCNA preferred
