Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist to provide Level 1 technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle Level 1 inbound calls/chats and log interactions in the incident management system
- Conduct diagnosis and troubleshooting to resolve known issues
- Escalate unresolved problem tickets according to department guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of IT customer service experience
- Basic understanding of computer concepts and support procedures
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology preferred
- Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Net+, or CCNA preferred
