Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT support or help desk operations
- Experience managing user access provisioning across multiple systems
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) configuration and identity/access management
- Experience administering Microsoft 365, including licensing and access management
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and networking
