Job Summary

IT Help Desk Specialist provides part-time technical support for remote employees, managing tickets and troubleshooting issues related to hardware, software, and legal industry applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system
  • Manage and escalate support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication
  • Assist with new hire onboarding, including account setup and device configuration
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of help desk or IT support experience, preferably in a remote environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience supporting Google Workspace & Microsoft 365, Windows & MacOS
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work PST business hours consistently
