Job Summary
Providing timely and efficient technical assistance, the fully remote IT Help Desk Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking support via phone, in-person, or email while troubleshooting and resolving computer system issues.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance requests from employees
- Perform troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and guide employees through the problem-solving process
- Record issues and resolutions, and provide feedback for potential improvements to procedures
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-2 years of proven IT Help Desk experience or related experience
- Experience in a Microsoft environment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
