Job Summary

To support a project focused on evaluating AI agent environments, the part-time IT Help Desk Specialist will assess the realism and effectiveness of AI workflows in enterprise IT settings, providing expert feedback and recommendations based on their evaluations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate AI agent environments and tasks simulating real-world IT operations
  • Assess the usefulness, realism, and practicality of workflows performed by AI agents
  • Provide constructive recommendations for improvements based on identified issues or gaps
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in IT Helpdesk, Technical Support, IT Operations, or System Administration
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT workflows and business processes
  • Experience with databases, documentation platforms, and ticketing systems
  • Ability to critically evaluate processes and provide detailed feedback
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
