Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join their IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve incoming customer support incidents through various channels
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries, managing escalations as necessary
- Monitor technology issues, document problems and resolutions, and recommend solutions
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical training required; technical certifications preferred
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers
- Extensive experience with Microsoft products, including MS Office and Windows Operating Systems
- ServiceNow experience preferred
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule and after normal business hours as needed
