Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join their IT team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve incoming customer support incidents through various channels
  • Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries, managing escalations as necessary
  • Monitor technology issues, document problems and resolutions, and recommend solutions
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent technical training required; technical certifications preferred
  • Knowledge of basic computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft products, including MS Office and Windows Operating Systems
  • ServiceNow experience preferred
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule and after normal business hours as needed
