Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Tech.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Help Desk tickets and ensure incidents are resolved according to SLAs
  • Provide customer assistance through various communication channels and document interactions
  • Troubleshoot end user desktop/hardware, operating system, and application issues
Required Qualifications and Education
  • Associate degree preferred or 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in computer technology
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in help desk roles required
  • Exceptional focus on customer service required
