Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Help Desk tickets and ensure incidents are resolved according to SLAs
- Provide customer assistance through various communication channels and document interactions
- Troubleshoot end user desktop/hardware, operating system, and application issues
Required Qualifications and Education
- Associate degree preferred or 1-2 years of equivalent work experience in computer technology
- CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in help desk roles required
- Exceptional focus on customer service required
