Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk professional to join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 technical and operational support for inbound events such as calls, incidents, chats, and alerts
- Resolve approximately 70% of events on first contact while delivering exceptional customer service to over 4,000 stores
- Accurately log interactions within the company's incident management system and escalate unresolved problems as needed
Required Qualifications
- Some college education or equivalent experience preferred
- Preferred certifications include A+, CCNA, or Net+
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is advantageous
- Flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Basic understanding of supported hardware and software
