Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk professional to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 technical and operational support for inbound events such as calls, incidents, chats, and alerts
  • Resolve approximately 70% of events on first contact while delivering exceptional customer service to over 4,000 stores
  • Accurately log interactions within the company's incident management system and escalate unresolved problems as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Some college education or equivalent experience preferred
  • Preferred certifications include A+, CCNA, or Net+
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is advantageous
  • Flexible work schedule and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic understanding of supported hardware and software
