Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the ticketing system and assist users with access/system issues
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding IT activities, including equipment management and system access
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT policy enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk role, preferably in a medium or larger company
- Experience supporting Mac hardware/OSX in a Help Desk environment
- Experience supporting remote users in a distributed environment
- Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or a similar ticketing system
- Experience with the Office 365 suite
