Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the ticketing system and assist users with access/system issues
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding IT activities, including equipment management and system access
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT policy enhancements


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk role, preferably in a medium or larger company
  • Experience supporting Mac hardware/OSX in a Help Desk environment
  • Experience supporting remote users in a distributed environment
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Desk or a similar ticketing system
  • Experience with the Office 365 suite
