Job Summary

Responsible for configuring and supporting the Encompass 360 platform, the full-time IT Help Desk Technician will manage user setup, implement system updates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage user setup, roles, security, and customization of the Encompass 360 platform
  • Monitor integrated systems to ensure operational efficiency and participate in software testing processes
  • Collaborate with technical partners to implement configuration changes and process improvements
Required qualifications:
  • 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in mortgage banking
  • 3 years of experience as an Encompass Administrator; Encompass Admin Certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Experience with software support and project management
  • In-depth understanding of the mortgage industry and loan origination life cycle
