Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the IT Help Desk Technician will investigate, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues while providing advanced technical assistance and support for user departments across the company.

Key responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and communication problems with computer systems
  • Perform complex hardware repairs and maintenance on PC-based computers and peripherals
  • Document technical processes and support procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
Required qualifications
  • High School graduation or equivalent is required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in PC maintenance/repair and application software support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software products is required
  • Software and hardware certifications are a plus
  • Familiarity with ITIL or Cobit framework is desirable
