Job Summary
Working remotely within the Continental US, the full-time IT Help Desk Technician will investigate, analyze, and resolve hardware and software issues while providing advanced technical assistance and support to user departments.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve hardware, software, and communication problems with computer systems
- Perform complex hardware repairs and maintenance on PC-based computers and peripherals
- Document technical processes and support procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School graduation or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in PC maintenance/repair and application software support
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software products is required
- Software and hardware certifications are a plus
- Experience in a corporate business environment is desirable
