Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service remotely, the full-time IT Help Desk Technician will assist clients with technical issues via phone, email, and chat, while managing routine maintenance and installations for various hardware and software products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and remote technical support to clients
- Walk clients through diagnostic procedures to identify and resolve technical issues
- Communicate with vendors to manage service requests and resolve open tickets
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of tech support experience is preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred
- Proven reliability and ability to work independently
- Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Office products
