Job Summary
Providing day-to-day technical support, the full-time IT Help Desk Technician will manage user accounts, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and maintain systems and tools in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including provisioning and deprovisioning for employees and contractors
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and assist with basic administration tasks in Jira and Confluence
- Respond to and resolve Tier 1 support requests, while documenting recurring issues and solutions for team efficiency
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Helpdesk or IT support role
- Basic experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or Microsoft 365
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs) as needed
- Familiarity with asset management tools (e.g., Snipe-IT) is a plus
- Interest in growing within IT systems, administration, or security
