Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Analyst to deliver remote technical support and resolve client IT issues across managed environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for end users via phone, email, and remote tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 apps, and basic networking
  • Document solutions in ticketing systems and follow security best practices
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Helpdesk Analyst; MSP experience preferred
  • Strong expertise in Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and related cloud services
  • Solid understanding of firewalls, switches, and networking fundamentals
  • Experience with RMM tools, PSA systems, and IT automation platforms
