IT Helpdesk Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Operations Engineer to ensure smooth IT operations and provide executive support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to the executive team, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Coordinate support for events and large meetings, ensuring necessary resources are available
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT assets, including computers, printers, and AV equipment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in IT support and A/V equipment management
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
• Experience supporting executives and high-profile team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
