Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Engineer to serve as the primary IT point of contact for their Warsaw hub.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Manage events and large meetings, maintaining IT and AV assets in the office
  • Contribute to the global IT support queue, resolving end user tickets across multiple hubs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, A/V equipment management, and event coordination
  • Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with identity and access management platforms and MDM solutions
  • Familiarity with SaaS administration and enterprise tools
