Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Manager to provide internal technical support and oversee Helpdesk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily Helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues
  • Coordinate support activities for on-site and remote users, including endpoint lifecycle management
  • Maintain organized documentation and improve Helpdesk procedures for enhanced service efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or systems administration
  • 3+ years of experience managing a technical support or Helpdesk team
  • Strong background in endpoint hardware/software troubleshooting and lifecycle management
  • Experience with Helpdesk or ITSM platforms such as Zendesk or Jira Service Management
  • Desired certifications: A+, Network+, Server+, MCP, or equivalent experience
