Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Manager to provide internal technical support and oversee Helpdesk operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues
- Coordinate support activities for on-site and remote users, including endpoint lifecycle management
- Maintain organized documentation and improve Helpdesk procedures for enhanced service efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT support, endpoint management, or systems administration
- 3+ years of experience managing a technical support or Helpdesk team
- Strong background in endpoint hardware/software troubleshooting and lifecycle management
- Experience with Helpdesk or ITSM platforms such as Zendesk or Jira Service Management
- Desired certifications: A+, Network+, Server+, MCP, or equivalent experience
