Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote IT L1 Helpdesk Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide telephone, email, and remote diagnostic technical support for hardware, systems, and applications
  • Diagnose problems and offer resolutions for technical and service issues
  • Document issues in the support solution database and escalate complex problems to senior support
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ year in a customer service role
  • Experience in a call center or technical support environment is preferred
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and basic network issues
  • Understanding of network, server, and desktop administration fundamentals
  • Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build business relationships
