Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote IT L1 Helpdesk Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone, email, and remote diagnostic technical support for hardware, systems, and applications
- Diagnose problems and offer resolutions for technical and service issues
- Document issues in the support solution database and escalate complex problems to senior support
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year in a customer service role
- Experience in a call center or technical support environment is preferred
- Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows and basic network issues
- Understanding of network, server, and desktop administration fundamentals
- Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build business relationships
