Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote IT Live Helpdesk Support Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support IT production systems and services for end users
  • Drive incident, issue, and outage management, including investigation and restoration activities
  • Provide exceptional technical support by promptly addressing user inquiries and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of live Help Desk call experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree may be considered
  • Ability to work remotely and reside within 30 minutes of San Antonio, TX
  • Exposure to Help Desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Exposure to remote communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
