Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote IT Live Helpdesk Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support IT production systems and services for end users
- Drive incident, issue, and outage management, including investigation and restoration activities
- Provide exceptional technical support by promptly addressing user inquiries and resolving issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of live Help Desk call experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree may be considered
- Ability to work remotely and reside within 30 minutes of San Antonio, TX
- Exposure to Help Desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
- Exposure to remote communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
