Job Summary
IT Helpdesk Technician, responsible for supporting IT operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience in a full-time remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and support core IT systems and manage device provisioning and access controls
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT issues, troubleshooting and resolving tickets for teammates
- Keep internal systems documentation up to date and assist in administering collaboration tools
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in IT operations, helpdesk, or technical support
- Strong proficiency in supporting macOS environments and basic network troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and Mobile Device Management (MDM) workflows
- Experience with tools like JAMF, BetterCloud, and 1Password is preferred
- A self-starter with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage a diverse workload
