IT Hosting Director

Job Summary

Leading the operational excellence of global hosting environments, the full-time salaried IT Hosting Director will manage day-to-day hosting operations, major incident management, and infrastructure integration while working remotely from the United States or Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the global hosting environment, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs
• Act as the primary escalation authority for critical infrastructure incidents and lead major incident management efforts
• Drive infrastructure integration for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with operational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and hosting operations, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role
• Experience managing enterprise-scale hosting environments, particularly in cloud and hybrid architectures
• Proven track record in leading complex infrastructure programs and M&A integrations
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and enterprise networking and security practices
