IT Hosting Service Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Hosting Service Delivery Lead, Associate Director, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee hosting service development and sustainment while improving performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Manage end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of hosting services across various environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and aligned hosting service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years' experience
• Experience in IT hosting service delivery or hosting infrastructure operations
• Experience with team leadership or management on technical hosting projects/programs
• Financial management experience, including Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and budget oversight
• Experience working with and/or managing delivery by a managed services provider
