A company is looking for a Digital Hosting Service Delivery Lead, Associate Director, Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hosting service development and sustainment, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement workload placement strategies and enhance service delivery
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and lead initiatives for continuous improvement and automation
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience
- Experience in IT hosting service delivery or hosting infrastructure operations
- Team leadership experience on technical hosting projects or programs
- Financial management experience, including AOP creation and budget oversight
- Experience managing delivery by a managed services provider
