Job Summary
Providing essential HR services in a full-time capacity, the IT HR Generalist will manage employee relations, compensation, and recruitment processes while serving as the primary HR contact for staff and managers.
Key responsibilities
- Perform Workday data entry and manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Provide guidance on benefits and leave administration while supporting HR communications and initiatives
- Assist with recruitment support and HR data management and reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of HR-related work experience or equivalent combination
- Experience responding to HR inquiries from employees and management
- Proficiency in database management, spreadsheet software, and HR information systems
- Familiarity with MS Office software and analytics tools
- Broad understanding of fundamental HR concepts and processes
