IT Implementation Engineer

Job Summary

To accelerate growth in a new vertical, the full-time remote IT Implementation Engineer will execute technical implementations for dental practices, improve onboarding processes, and manage integrations with dental practice management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely execute technical implementation for dental practices from contract signature through go-live
• Improve onboarding processes by finding opportunities for automation and increasing productivity
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with various dental practice management systems

Required qualifications

• 4+ years in an IT implementation, technical onboarding, or field/remote support role
• Hands-on experience with dental practice management systems
• Strong working knowledge of remote access tools and network fundamentals
• Experience managing a high-volume workload with multiple concurrent implementations
• Clear and confident communication skills for diverse audiences
