Job Summary

A company is looking for an Information Technology Incident Response Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable world-wide customers to access and operate mission-critical applications
  • Monitor and triage IT infrastructure systems for effective resolution
  • Provide leadership reporting and support training for junior staff
Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) clearance
  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience, Master's degree with 6 years' experience, or HS diploma with 12 years' experience
  • Experience in incident and event triaging, documentation preparation, and enterprise/datacenter Service Desk Operations
  • Experience with Remedy and ability to work 12-hour shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Preferred qualifications include Active Directory, server management, and monitoring tools proficiency
