IT Information Systems Specialist

Job Summary

Managing and maintaining the organization's information systems, the full-time IT Information Systems Specialist will ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability while supporting healthcare operations remotely with onsite requirements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and support enterprise information systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and network-related issues
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing information systems or IT infrastructure
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Experience implementing system upgrades, patches, enhancements, and maintenance activities
• Familiarity with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes
