IT Infrastructure Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Analyst to support the deployment of IT infrastructure for clinic expansions and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure rollouts across multiple locations
• Deploy hardware, software, and networking components to facilitate business growth
• Provide onsite and remote support, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user training on Microsoft Office 365 tools

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of infrastructure-related support experience
• Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNC, VPN, and firewalls
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft O365 suite of tools
• Ability to support and troubleshoot end-user devices like laptops and VoIP phones
• Knowledge of remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, specifically Kaseya and ConnectWise
