IT Infrastructure Analyst
Job Summary
To support clinic expansions and acquisitions, the remote IT Infrastructure Analyst will manage the deployment of IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure rollouts across multiple locations
- Deploy hardware, software, and networking components to facilitate business growth
- Provide onsite and remote support, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user training on Microsoft Office 365 tools
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure-related support experience
- Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNC, VPN, and firewalls
- Proficiency in Azure and the Microsoft O365 suite, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Ability to support and troubleshoot end-user devices like laptops, desktop PCs, and VoIP phones
- Knowledge of remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, specifically Kaseya and ConnectWise
