IT Infrastructure Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the deployment of IT infrastructure for clinic expansions and acquisitions, the contract IT Infrastructure Analyst will manage hardware and software rollouts, collaborate with teams and vendors, and provide both onsite and remote support while working remotely from the Mid-West or Northeastern region of the US.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute IT infrastructure rollouts across multiple locations
- Deploy hardware, software, and networking components to support business growth
- Provide configuration, onboarding, troubleshooting, and user training on Microsoft Office 365 tools
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of infrastructure-related support experience
- Experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNC, VPN, and firewalls
- Proficiency in Azure and the Microsoft O365 suite of tools, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Ability to support and troubleshoot end-user devices like laptops, desktops, and VoIP phones
- Knowledge of remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools, specifically Kaseya and ConnectWise
