IT Infrastructure and Security Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, this 100% remote position will manage the design, administration, and security of a cloud-first IT infrastructure, focusing primarily on AWS while ensuring operational reliability and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support AWS infrastructure and cloud services
• Administer and optimize cloud environments, networking, storage, compute, and identity management
• Coordinate vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation efforts

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience administering AWS environments, including EC2, VPC, IAM, and S3
• Experience supporting microservices architectures and cloud-native applications
• Knowledge of infrastructure security, vulnerability management, and penetration testing
• Experience with scripting or automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash
• Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices
