IT Infrastructure Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead incident trending and analysis work across multiple technologies to identify potential problems and drive those recommendations to resolution
• Ensure the execution of day-to-day procedural activities, including recovery support and communication status updates to support teams
• Facilitate and oversee the implementation of technical and administrative changes

Required Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure selection, development, implementation, and maintenance
• Proficiency in automated monitoring and alerting solutions
• Ability to create metrics and reporting solutions for improved infrastructure service delivery
• Knowledge of operational security processes and reporting
• Experience in providing communications and training related to infrastructure changes
