IT Infrastructure Delivery Consultant
Job Summary
To support technology infrastructure services, the full-time IT Infrastructure Delivery Management Consultant will coordinate resources, prioritize work, and enhance service delivery while working remotely from a home office.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to align infrastructure services with organizational goals
- Monitor service delivery performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the transition of new technologies into production by ensuring operational readiness
Required qualifications
- BS/BA degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Eight years of progressively responsible experience in technology infrastructure services or related fields
- Understanding of IT Infrastructure Operations (I&O) and service delivery concepts
- Demonstrated knowledge of service management and process improvement methodologies
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word
