Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer I.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure maximum availability
Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure components and create necessary documentation
Assist with troubleshooting, diagnosing errors, and participate in an On-Call rotation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
Knowledge in one or more sub-specialties of IT infrastructure
Ability to follow a Method of Procedure (MOP) for upgrades and deployments
Experience with IT infrastructure lifecycle management
