IT Infrastructure Engineer III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer III to ensure the availability of its extensive network and data center infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure maximum availability
• Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure components while creating necessary documentation
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing errors in equipment and participate in the evaluation of new hardware products

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required
• Knowledge in one or more sub-specialties of IT infrastructure (e.g., security, network protocols, cloud)
• Ability to create Method of Procedures (MOPs) for infrastructure technologies
• May require participation in an On-Call rotation
