IT Infrastructure Installer

Job Summary

To support complex server and network deployments for enterprise physical security systems, the full-time IT Infrastructure Installer will independently manage installation projects, configure advanced infrastructure components, and provide 24x7 technical support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hardware provisioning activities, including advanced RAID configuration and disk array optimization for security applications
• Independently deploy operating systems and validate Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller settings to ensure compliance with corporate standards
• Design and implement network segmentation strategies and configure Quality of Service policies on Cisco switches to optimize performance

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise server and network infrastructure deployment
• Strong expertise in Dell PowerEdge server platforms and RAID controller operations
• Proficient in Cisco networking technologies, including VLAN configuration and QoS implementation
• Solid experience with Windows Server and Linux operating system deployment and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automation and configuration management
